1. Our Tutorials

BricksTutorials.com offers a variety of paid tutorials (the “Tutorials”) designed to help you learn and master the Bricks Builder.

2. User Accounts

In order to purchase and access Tutorials, you may be required to create an account (“Account”) on the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information, including your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.

3. Payment

You agree to pay the fees for the Tutorials you select at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Paddle.com. The Company does not store your credit card or other payment information.

4. Tutorial Access

Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the purchased Tutorial(s) for the duration specified (e.g., lifetime access, monthly subscription). This access may include downloadable materials, video lessons, and other resources.

5. License Grant

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased Tutorial(s) for your personal learning purposes only. You may not redistribute, share, or resell the Tutorial materials or your access to them without the express written permission of the Company. Reselling licenses is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on the Website and within the Tutorials, including text, graphics, videos, logos, and other materials, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We offer a full refund of the last payment made towards your Tutorials within the first 7 days after your purchase date. If you encounter any issues with the Tutorials, we will first try our best to assist you in resolving the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved to your satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe, or if you are still unhappy with the Tutorials after our troubleshooting efforts, we will then issue a full refund of the last payment you made.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Website and Tutorials.
